The hospitality industry trains and educates hundreds of young chefs and beverage graduates. Many of these graduates, struggle to get jobs, even under normal circumstances.

Sadly, the hospitality industry was the worst hit by Covid-19 and lockdown, with some businesses permanently shutting down leaving more chefs, baristas and sommeliers unemployed.
